    We provide several payment options for customers as follows:

    – Online payments thru our website: myloancare.com

    – Payments by phone 24/7 via the Automated Voice Response system (855) 703-7268

    – Payments by phone during business hours by speaking with a representative (855) 703-7268

    – Monthly re-occurring Auto draft (Customer Service or at myloancare.com

    – Western Union or Money Gram

    – Receipt of bill payments (most bank systems are automated electronically)

    – Check Money order Branch payments (if applicable)


  4. I have not received my tax statement for the previous year, how do I get it?
