Finally there’s a solution for homeowners with declining home values.

To qualify, the borrower must be current on the mortgage and have a current loan-to-value ratio above 80%. NEW! Each borrower needs to have at least one credit score each, but no minimum credt score is required.  Regardless of whether the property values in your area are down, a HARP product may still be able to lower your interest rate and save you money. This program has been extended until 2015.

You may qualify for HARP even if you:
